Refund Policy

Our promise: 7-day replacement, no drama.  If you receive a defective or damaged product: 1. WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days of delivery. 2. We’ll verify and ship a replacement at no extra cost. 3. That’s it. No 10-step process.  What we don’t cover: Products that are not defective (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.) cannot be returned, as all products are printed on demand specifically for your order.  Refunds: We prefer replacements over refunds. If a replacement isn’t possible (product discontinued), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.  For any return or refund queries, reach out on WhatsApp.
