At SNAGGD, we work with trusted print-on-demand and logistics partners to fulfill and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

1) Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and handed over for shipping within 3-5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • During high-demand drops, sales events, or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
  • For made-to-order products, processing starts only after the order is confirmed.

2) Shipping Within India

  • Domestic orders are shipped through registered courier partners and/or speed post.
  • Typical delivery timelines after dispatch depend on pincode and courier network.
  • Most domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the order date (including processing + transit).

3) International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post.
  • Delivery timelines vary by destination country, customs clearance, and local courier operations.
  • International delivery may take longer than domestic shipments.

4) Delivery Timelines and Delays

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier constraints, weather, operational issues, customs delays, remote locations, or force majeure events.
  • SNAGGD is responsible for handing over the shipment within the committed processing window (3-5 business days).
  • Once shipped, final delivery is managed by the courier partner and is subject to their service norms.

5) Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation on your registered email and/or phone number.
  • Tracking details will be shared as soon as available.

6) Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • SNAGGD is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts by the courier.

7) Non-Delivery / Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • incorrect address,
  • recipient unavailable,
  • refusal to accept delivery, or
  • failed delivery attempts,

the customer may be required to pay re-shipping charges for re-dispatch.

8) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional/free-shipping thresholds are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.

9) International Duties and Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included unless explicitly stated.
